    Freelancer team

Invite freelancers, keep their profiles current, and organize them into groups.

    Freelancer invitations & profiles

Invite freelancers and keep their languages, cities, roles, and interests in one place.

    Who uses it
    Company managers and freelancers
    Where to find it
Freelancers → Invite / freelancer Settings

    Why it helps

Maintain a reusable team directory instead of collecting the same information for every assignment.

    How to use it

    1. Open Freelancers → Invite. Send an email invitation, or copy the company invitation link or code.
    2. Ask the freelancer to connect to the company and complete their profile: contact information, languages, cities, role, and interests.
    3. Where relevant, the freelancer can add a license, vehicle information, billing details, and the time they need between tours.
    4. Use the freelancer list to search by name or tag and open a contact to review their details.

    Example

Invite your German-speaking Vienna guides before preparing next month’s schedule.

Keep in mind: Guides use a freelancer account. A freelancer can connect to multiple companies from Settings → Companies.

    Freelancer ratings & profile editing

Maintain a company rating and review the profile information used for staffing.

    Who uses it
    Company managers
    Where to find it
    Freelancers → Edit Freelancer

    Why it helps

Record your team’s preference for a freelancer and keep scheduling information current.

    How to use it

    1. Open the freelancer contact in the company’s Freelancers list and choose the edit action.
    2. Review the Rating, Spoken languages, Tags, and Operating in cities.
    3. Save agreed corrections and use the rating as one input when reviewing applications and allocation.

    Example

Give a regular freelancer a company rating and correct a missing working city before the next planning cycle.

Keep in mind: The company rating is manager-maintained, not a customer review score. Editing languages, tags, or cities updates the freelancer’s shared profile, so coordinate those changes with the freelancer.

    Freelancer groups & tour tags

Organize your team into groups and describe tours with company-defined tags.

    Who uses it
    Company managers
    Where to find it
Freelancers → Groups / Settings → Tour Tags

    Why it helps

Keep the right team associated with a tour and make your own tour categories recognizable.

    How to use it

    1. Open Freelancers → Groups and create a group for the team you want to organize.
    2. Add the relevant freelancers to the group.
    3. Select a Freelancer group on a tour template to limit its open departures and available candidates to that group’s members. Leave it as All freelancers to open it to everyone.
    4. Manage tour tags in Settings → Tour Tags and use them on templates. Freelancers select matching interests in their profiles; a freelancer only sees open departures whose tags match their interests.

    Example

Create a group for your Vienna team and tags for walking tours and museum tours.

Keep in mind: Groups, languages, roles, and tags serve different purposes. Group membership alone does not establish that someone meets every tour requirement.
